Website, Content & Reporting Proposal
Nailed It Remodeling & Restoration
Prepared by IBT LLC · October 2026 · Second draft
Summary
The short version
1 · What we see
A thin site, mixed-up profiles
9 pages, no articles or case studies, and three social accounts that don't match.
2 · What we recommend
A site built from your jobs
A new website, monthly content from real projects, social posts and a reporting hub.
3 · What it costs
$2,500 once, $550 a month
Aktion keeps Google Ads and Local Services Ads; their fee drops by its social share.
4 · What we need from you
One finished job a month
Photos, a short job form and a few answers: about [1 hour] of your time a month.
Ads stay the main lead source for the next 6–12 months. The rebuild and content are how search and AI answers start sending work too.

2 · What we recommend · $550 a month
Content built from your jobs
| Content | How often | What it is | Built from |
| Case studies | 1 a month | A finished job: before-and-after photos, the city, the room and what made it stand out | Your photos and the job form |
| Articles | 2 a month | Answers to what local homeowners search for: costs, timelines, permits, materials | Your answers to 3 questions each |
| Questions and answers | Ongoing | Short answers on each service page, in your words, written so Google and AI tools can quote them | The questions customers ask you |
| Ads (Aktion) | Ongoing | Service pages built to work as landing pages for Aktion's campaigns, with the same cities and phone number | The service-area decision |
Every piece starts from something only you know. That is what makes it worth reading, and worth quoting.
